Lisa Johnson

After a young college graduation from business school, Lisa spent years as an Officer in the U.S. Army. While in service she obtained her Master’s Degree in Business and Marketing and later pursued a Doctorate in the same. Her military background adds a level of unparalleled professionalism, attention to detail, and discipline.

Lisa separated from the military to pursue her marketing career goals. She spent many years as the Marketing Director for a running and triathlon store becoming both an athlete and professional Coach. When an opportunity opened up with Adoption Choices,  she accepted the role as Marketing Director and later helped stand up Marketing Choices taking over as the agency Director. 

She has vast experience in military operations, networking and building relationships, collaborations with for-profit and not-for profit organizations for cause-related marketing and event management, leading and managing others, managing multiple websites both in design and optimization, writing, editing, and publishing content for digital success, social media management, building brand awareness, developing and managing advertising campaigns, promotional design creations, and so many other miscellaneous marketing projects. She is a sort of “Jane of all trades” when it comes to marketing solutions, business leadership, and organizational success.
