Manuel Serritos is a senior at Loyola University Chicago studying Multimedia Journalism. He is expected to get his bachelor’s degree in December 2022. After graduation, he would like to work for a publication where his writing can have a voice. Writing has always been something Manuel has been passionate about. No matter the scope of the assignment, Manuel strives to make his written words meaningful and convey a strong message. This passion for writing has grown in the past couple of years at university, where Manuel has written a number of feature stories and opinion pieces and produced video stories. When not writing or brainstorming a new idea to cover, Manuel spends much of his time finding new movies to watch and playing with the dog his family recently adopted.
