Virtual Community Outreach Program (VCOP): we connect w/organizations in your state to promote Adoption Choices and sends information packets for them to connect their clients with you. We maintain these relationships w/3 month followups as well as connecting w/their social media department for collabs. Social Media: we manage your IG, FB, and Google Business creating content and managing traffic. Blog Management: we create and publish content filled with valuable keywords to enhance SEO. SEO/Content Management: with Cairs, we update and maintain website content. We also make website updates as needed/requested and perform monthly health check-ups and link checkers. Promotional Materials: we design and manage orders for promo materials such as business cards, brochures, stickers, etc. Adoption U eLearning Training Videos: we create and manage training videos for adoptive parents. Guided Journals: we create and publish guided journals (IVF and adoption – to be released). Spanish program: we manage the phone line for Spanish calls, are able to produce promo material in Spanish, and can provide form translation service as needed. Ability to connect with Lisa or other MC team members for miscellaneous projects, questions, or marketing related assistance.
