River(they/them) is a Florida International University student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English with a certificate in Social Media Marketing and Digital Analytics. Although they grew up with a passion for literature and the art of writing, they initially entered college as a Nursing major. After experiencing their first semester of nursing and feeling a lack of passion for the industry, they quickly rediscovered their childhood love of writing and reading. For this reason, River aspires to enter a writing-focused role upon graduation. When not working or studying, River is an avid anime fan, K-pop enthusiast, and fantasy book reader. They also enjoy spending time with their pets, learning languages, and writing short stories.
