Miriam Fuller

Miriam Fuller has studied art, film, screenwriting, and creative
writing at Savannah College of Art and Design and Southern New Hampshire University. In her exploration of the arts, she has found that it is the stories of others that bring her and others the most comfort, community, and joy. It is this realization that made her want to pursue writing and the art of storytelling.

Miriam grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina as the youngest of five girls. Growing up, reading was not her forte. However, her mother, a former literature teacher, helped her overcome this, and she quickly developed a deep love for storytelling. In her elementary years, she took great pride in winning a few poetry and art awards which became published in her hometown’s local art magazine.

As Miriam grew older, she found herself constantly engaging in the world of creativity and imagination, building her mind to find stories within the
mundane. Even now in adulthood, she continues to chase the beauty of storytelling in all her art and writing endeavors. She currently lives in Georgia, surrounded by family, where she and her husky dream of colder weather.
