Elshadie Solomon is originally from Burtonsville, Maryland and currently lives in New York City. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in both Journalism and Data Science at New York University. Her passion for writing blossomed during her first semester of college when she took a Creative Writing course and fell in love with the art of self-expression. Elshadie dedicates much of her time to writing as she deeply values informing others and sharing stories. In her spare time, she actively volunteers for various organizations and companies, hits the gym and engages in coding projects.
