Hailey Breton is studying Literature at Middlesex Community College in Massachusetts. As a child, she often got in trouble at school for constantly having her nose buried in a book or for writing her own stories. When it was time to choose a career, pursuing literature felt like a natural decision for her. Her passion for books has profoundly shaped her identity and her worldview. She believes that reading and writing cultivate empathy and character.
In addition to her love for literature, Hailey enjoys spending time with her two cats and painting. Many of her paintings are inspired by the books she reads, and her favorite book is “Frankenstein!”
